CERTIFIED PROJECT MANAGER | INCLUSIVE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT | CONTENT PRODUCER

Hasina understands that a truly innovative CEO is, at their heart, an artist. Whether an influencer, a corporate culture architect, a wordsmith, or a financial tactician, creatives need liberty to craft the masterpieces that customers and fans admire. Having the proper framework in place helps talented people get more done. Hasina solves problems, seeks simplicity, and transforms ideas into actions.

Prior to founding The Pollinator Group, she served as Chief of Staff for:

  • HashtagOne, a high-growth and Series A venture capital company

  • OCD Marketing, the personal branding shingle of author and serial entrepreneur, Ryan Blair

  • Vi Inc., a healthy snack, wellness, and challenge marketing platform

"I love solving problems. As long as the questions are evolving, so am I."

Hasina is a generalist who has often worn many hats. The Pollinator Group is a vehicle to tackle meatier equity, inclusive marketing, and communications projects requiring nuanced solutions.

In 2017, she piloted a leadership course for Blair. In 2013, she led a cross-functional team to execute the 72-city promotional tour for the paperback edition of Nothing to Lose, Everything to Gain. As a result of the team's effort, the book reached #1 on the New York Times Best-Seller list.

One of the biggest obstacles a successful world tour or product launch encounters can be the artist themselves. Often, a desire to control, poorly defined roles, or underdeveloped coping skills can exhaust the maverick, significantly slowing down their organization. Self-impediment is a potential pitfall for new entrepreneurs and seasoned industry veterans.

The concept of leveraging individuals to promote products is not new. Hasina began her career in artist management in 2000 while working for Michael Ovitz at Artist Management Group (AMG). In 2004, Hasina left AMG to join Careese Henry, Madonna’s long-time manager, at Caliente Entertainment. There, they embarked on the Re-Invention Tour, which went on to gross $125 million. Later, Caliente Entertainment was acquired by Sanctuary Group, where Hasina and Careese joined as managers. They began repping a diverse roster of talent including Paula Abdul, Andrew Dice Clay, Toni Collette, Joss Stone, Tricky, and Sierra Swan, and worked on projects at QVC and Fox TV. Hasina has also held positions at The CW Network, Overbrook Entertainment, and New Regency Productions.

The Pollinator Group’s consulting services pollinate ideas that unapologetically make the world a more fruitful and inclusive place, one project at a time.

Hasina grew up in Portland, Oregon. She has traveled extensively both domestically and abroad, accompanying clients on red carpets, in boardrooms, at media appearances, to the New York Stock Exchange, and to notable performance venues like Madison Square Garden and Wembley Arena. She is currently based on the West Coast.
